The front desk staff of this hotel and their actions were completely unsatisfactory and “customer service” was about the worst I have ever experienced.
There was a mistake on the room reservation and they made statements like “I could give you an upgrade, but I won’t”, and when we said maybe we will look at nearby hotels they replied “sure, go ahead, be my guest” as to infer the did not care if we wanted to stay elsewhere. They actually said “be my guest”! Who, in the global travel and hospitality industry, would ever say these things to a paying guest. We will never again book a stay at this Hampton Inn and Suites, or any Hampton Inn for that matter after this terrible experience.

All of the Hampton Inn & Suites are usually very nice, but this one was a cut above the others. The front desk was cordial and professional. My room was serviced without me asking for it. That does not happen anymore. The location is very good; near SNA Airport and all OC attractions. The room was very modern, clean and nicely laid out.

Super clean hotel and very helpful staff. Location near the airport was great but not sure what else is around there. Hotel should stop using disposable plates/knives, forks etc if it wants to do its bit to save the Planet but no other complaints.

All in all was ok. The breakfast wasn't up to par. The morning housekeeping staff kept bothering us to leave beginning at 9am. Our flight out wasn't until the afternoon, so we wanted to wait. They seemed to wait outside our door. Very unprofessional.

Nice hotel. Pool and gym are nice. Place is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good. Eggs are blah but lots of options. Comfy bed but pillows are flat. Overall good option. Only issue is $24 parking fee that’s ridiculous. I would’ve booked elsewhere had I known. Oh well. Book with confidence. This is a solid hotel.

This is the second time I stayed here because of it's convenience to John Wayne Airport. Overall comfortable and well maintained. Nice outdoor pool. I think the bathroom should have a makeup mirror and a cake of bath soap instead of just the shower gel hanging on the wall. I think the breakfast buffet could be better. Everything gets cold on your plate very quickly. The omelettes are rubbery and unappetizing. No fresh fruit (in California?) except a large whole orange and a green, hard and very sour apple. If you like froot loops you're ok.
On the good side, coffee and tea is available in the lobby 24 hours.
