We were harassed on the elevator by a older man and the lady at the front desk was very understanding in how uncomfortable we were that his room was next door and she tried to have our room moved but wasn’t able. However when her shift was over a man took over the front desk and he was very unhelpful. He had big headphones on the whole time he was dealing with us and genuinely did not act like he cared. We ended up leaving at midnight just two hours after we checked in because our door would not lock and our toilet would not flush. The man at the front desk looked at the toilet and said there’s nothing he could do about it. He made no comments about the door not locking and said we could leave if we wanted but couldn’t promise us we would get a refund. No one should ever be expected to stay in a room with no lock and no toilet.

Staff was rude from the first “hello”. When we arrived at the property we were told we could not have the room I booked and paid for a month earlier. The staff told me they were “accommodating” me by saving any room for my stay.

The stay was good, but there were a few things wrong with the room: phone handle / hand set was disconnected from the phone base - broken connection. Therefore no access to front desk via phone. There was a towel bar missing from the bathroom- sink side.

Hotel room could be cleaner. Not crazy about carpet in the rooms. Would prefer vinyl flooring. The shower was good except mildew at the floor. Needs to be cleaned better.

Dirty and worn out The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is in very desperate need of renovations. The pool is closed for repairs and adjacent hallway smells of mold and mildew. The baseboards are missing from the hallways, the carpets turned my child's socks gray, the shower was cracked and mildewing. All of the furniture is worn out. There was even a nickel on the floor of our room, showing the lack of vacuuming. The biggest offense was coming back to find the door to my room propped open after the cleaning staff was in there. The staff was not in the hallway near the room, no cart or anything to indicate that my possessions were still safe. It was very unsettling and we're lucky that nothing was missing.

This was by far THE WORST Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. The floor in the bathroom of our room was so sticky our shoes stuck to the floor. My husband tried to clean it with a towel and the towel was black. The property manager came up and mopped the floor. The breakfast was disgusting and cold. No butter or cream cheese out for the toast and bagels. We left without breakfast because it was so bad. The young lady who was supposed to be taking care of things seemed to be hiding in the kitchen. Guests had to knock on the door to get her to come out and give them supplies.
