Very helpful people. Arrived early and let me in to my room. Clean tidy and perfect for what I was looking for. Exactly as was described and was upgraded without asking. All correspondence was easy and accurate to follow. Thank you.

Literally just there overnight while visiting family, so didn't get a chance to see the lounge/kitchen etc. However, self check-in was easy and both rooms were spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you could need, and furnished beautifully, with finishing touches such as a box of tissues. What makes it special for me is that each room has a fridge and a microwave, and plenty of toilet rolls! We are looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

The room was very comfortable and we loved he self catering kitchen etc, especially with a Sainsbury's across the road. Also plenty of parking, even for my wide car. Very quiet at night so no problem sleeping. There were also two EV charging points but I did not use them as we charge while we were out and about.

Good sized, comfortable and clean rooms, lovely staff, nice kitchen communal rooms and garden, perfect location for everything. Very good, clean and quiet area with good restaurants and close shops around.Definitely the place to stay in Ipswich.Best value you can get. I would give 6 stars but only 5 allows

I have stayed several times at Lattice Lodge now. I had a lovely ground floor room this time looking on to the garden. Lovely spacious bathroom. A beautiful house and very convenient for local shops and transport links. An enjoyable stay . Staff are always welcoming and helpful.

7 out of 10 Very comfy, I couldn’t get the central heating going , shower took a while to figure out, glad I chose a larger room, not sure I’d have been happy in a smaller room over all I’d say 7/10 from me
