Room 101 is located directly over what I assume is the laundry room or something with what sounded like a washing machine with a concrete block in it. Avoid this room. Also was unable to book at room at the location was told to book online so had to leave the property and book in the carpark where there was better reception. Not impressed for £144 a night

The man at the door had checked in somebody else into our room. When we got there our room had gone and the room he out us in was a double! He did make up the sofa bad, but the room was generally made up poorly. No cushions on the bed, no finishing touches. The room was an adjoining room with another- which had lots of kids in which were so noisy. We could hear whoever was on reception watching tv on their phone and an alarm. It was absolutely freezing in there. Very old fashioned and run down. Mattress on double felt like it had seen better days. Hotel smelt of an old people’s home.

One of the best Premier Inn's we have stayed at. The staff are friendly and helpful. Graham who welcomed us on Friday night was great, nice chap. Chloe who tends to the rooms, really lovely lively person who is polite and very positive. Above all, Suzi on reception, you are a star. You were helpful and polite and advised us on places to go and where to park. You went the extra mile and left chocolate and hot chocolate drinks for us for when we returned after a chilly day. People like you are rare and priceless, a credit to Premier Inn, thanks Suzi you made our stay so much more xx
