Horrible service. They were giving me a hard time. They didn’t have rooms available at my scheduled check-in time, I had to sleep in my car for half of my trip!!!!

We had to wait over 30 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up to check us in at 8:45 in the evening. Called the hotel and the front desk phone rang but got nothing. There were 4 different check-ins waiting by the time they came back. One of the others waiting was at the hotel at 4 to check into a pre booked room and was turned away because the room wasn't ready yet. they had to change their clothes in bathroom so they could go to a memorial service. Then they get back to the hotel only to have to wait for 30 minutes to check in. When the attendant did return there was no apology, no explanation, no words to anyone just straight past the desk and to the backroom to put some equipment away and then to the phone to put someone on hold. only after that did he ask who was first. It was the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. The room was fine but I wouldn't say it was worth the wait at check in. bed was ok, pillow were meh... Shower was nice. Will not be back as there are too many other hotels in the area to stay at to not have a better experience.

The room could of been more clean,there was black mold on ceiling in shower, mold under soap dish in shower, mirror in bathroom was dirty, they ran out of towels. We checked in Friday and did not get fresh towels until Sunday evening, guest was buying and washing their own towels.

Check in took FOREVER. There was only one person at the front desk. She was on the phone and barely acknowledged me. Then when she did finally get to me, She couldn't find me in the system. She wasn't very friendly either. There was only one cart at the hotel and it had a flat tire. When we went to check out the cart was MIA and we had to make three trips to get our luggage to the car. There was very rarely anyone at the front desk and when someone was there they weren't friendly. Breakfast was good and the breakfast ladies were very nice. overall nice hotel but the front desk needs some serious people skills.

Very rude front desk Roxy. Hotel and room is very dirty, bad smell, unsafe and unsanitary. It is just bad and run down condition. Roxy didn’t inform the type of room I booked wasn’t available. The lobby is dirty but I enter the room, I couldn’t believe what I saw and I couldn’t bare the bad smell or bare to even sleep in there. As I was walking through the room, I found a needle on the carpet that wasn’t vacuumed. It was just terrible and nasty. I immediately left the room to go down to the lobby to inform that rude lady Roxy to request my money back because she was trying yo give me the wrong room type. She refused to give my money back. So, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card. Besides, I am not able to stay there in such terrible conditions. I hope all of you read my review. Do NOT book or stay at this hotel. Terrible, terrible, and even more terrible!!!

Front desk person Roxy or Rosie was very rude and have no knowledge about customer service. The hotel surrounding is not clean. Room is even worse and in very bad conditions. Carpet seems like it has not been cleaned or vacuumed in years, towels and sheets are not being washed properly or not even washed at all. Sheets and pillows have hair in them. There was needle that was found on the carpet. Counter tops was dusty and dirty. Basically, the entire hotel and rooms are not well kept and not been cleaned properly. I booked a King bed suites in online but that lady Roxy or Rosie didn’t informed me until I got up to the room to find out it was a queen suites. And that was when I saw the room in such bad conditions which I was not able to stay or attempt to sleep there. Room was so dirty and nasty that I couldn’t even bare to smell or stay. So I had to go downstairs to confront Roxy or Rosie about the room situation. I then asked for my refund because it was not the type of room that I have booked. She refused to give my money back. I then asked to speak to higher up management to resolve this issue but her response was they are not available. I told her either give my money back now or I will call my credit card to dispute it. I travel a lot to different hotels in states or other countries but I have never experienced such terrible service ever. This hotel needs staff training and needs to up their standards on cleanliness and proper up keep. Just terrible!

Unfortunately, when I got there at 3pm had to wait in lobby till 430pm to get a room, yet other customers checked in with out issue. Then I get a room that smelled like urine. Left a day early.
