Μια καταπληκτική εμπειρία, ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχουμε μείνει, υπέροχοι εξωτερικοί και εσωτερικοί χώροι, τρομερή εξυπηρέτηση σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Πολύ φιλικοί και κατατοπιστικοι οι υπάλληλοι, φοβερά και πεντακάθαρα δωμάτια..... Όλα έλαμπαν κυριολεκτικά.... Κρεβάτια και στρώματα τέλεια, η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου ιδανική, το πρωινό απερίγραπτο σε ποικιλία και ποιότητα, σχεδόν όλα χειροποίητα..... Ίσως το μόνο που θα ήθελα να είχε λίγο μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο, αλλά όταν όλα τα άλλα είναι τόσο υπέροχα, τον προσπερναω..... Το προτείνω με ολοκλειστα μάτια

Πολύ καλή επιλογή, αξίζει τα χρήματα του. Είναι μέσα στο κάστρο οπότε δεν θα χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο για τις μετακινήσεις σας μέσα στην πόλη. Καλό το πρωινό χωρίς όμως πολλές επιλογές όπως συμβαίνει και στα περισσότερα boutique hotel. Πολύ καλή και η καθαριότητα τους.

This hotel is a hidden gem …in the center of the old city! The rooms are spacious ,very cozy and clean. The breakfast is delicious & has a large variety of food. The staff is wonderful they really go out of their way to having a perfect visit. We had major issues with our computer .The staff spent hours helping us send important details since my husband & I are not computer illiterate. I would give this place a 10 if I could. I recommend this wonderful place & id definitely will return!

This is a great place to stay. Centrally located, close to the lake, walking distance to all the restaurants. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are clean, nice, bed is comfortable. There is free wifi, that is strong. Breakfast in the morning was great, made to order eggs with the buffet.

A really great hotel experience. Clean, comfortable, great location in an area with lots of history, attentive staff and great breakfast with delicious quality food. For what you get, the price is very reasonable. We got bumped from our nearby VBRO and fortuitously ended up at Its Kale which was so much nicer and classier without feeling removed from the Ionannina experience, in fact, it enhanced it.

A beautiful boutique hotel, where you feel like home, with very good service, friendly atmosphere, and great breakfast! We greatly appreciated their attention to cleanliness and quality. The rooms as well as all the areas were thoroughly clean. We very much enjoyed the breakfast which was made of fresh and good quality products, and included tasty Greek pies and sweets. Another important reason that would make me return to this hotel is the very convenient location, as it is close to the lake, good restaurants and shopping area.

A very nice place in the very center of the city, in the ancient part, very close to the gate of the Acropolis. The reception is very interesting: a glass floor shows the remains of an ancient well. The owners are super kind and helpful. The best part is the breakfast, with delicious home made pastries and cakes.

Excellent location, service and breakfast. Friendly environment, real Epirus hospitality. Very nice for a short excursion. Easy access to the city centre, lake Pamvotida and island of Ali Pasa and Kyra Frosyni. Ideal for all seasons, even for professional trips.
