While touring Scotland with friends recently, we stayed at the Furan guesthouse in Inverness, the rooms were very comfortable, we each had a room in a self-contained area of the house, and our own front door, so completely private, the breakfast was very good, I had the full gluten free breakfast, very tasty. Although it's a bit of a walk to the city it was worth it as the Furan is a very nice place to stay and owners Janice and Kevin were very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed at the Furan House with our parents and our son in May 2024 and it was perfect. Close walking distance to all the attractions in Inverness but far enough outside of town to feel like you got some local flavor. The host could not have been nicer and the full Scottish Breakfast she prepared was excellent!! The garden was beautiful in the spring and we enjoyed walking into town. The bus also stops very close to the house. The rooms are small but comfortable. The street was quiet and lovely. The parking area is small but useable. Excellent experience. We only stayed one night but wish we’d stayed longer!

A fantastic two-day stay at Furan Guesthouse in Inverness. We had the sensation of being at home. Well furnished, clean and well arranged bedrooms supplied with facitilies and everything necessary. Wide choice of breakfast with fresh food. The last but not the least: Janice and Kevin, the two owners of Furlan Guesthouse. They were kind, friendly and gave us all necessary information about the Inverness area. We absolutely recomend this guesthouse

We had a long drive to Inverness, and so needed a relaxing stop. We found it! From the beginning our host Janice made us all feel very welcome. The rooms were clean and tidy, fitting our requirements thoroughly. We used the B+B as a base, so were away for most of the days, however, our Scottish Breakfasts set us up for it! Delicious and generous, we were made to feel at home with a little twist of specialness. Cannot really fault this guesthouse, and praise our host Janice!

Booked just for one night. Room 2 very nice and spacious, and a perfect en-suite with shower. Was a bit noisy due to road traffic but died down after 23.00. Breakfast was really nice and plentiful. host was very informative and helpful about what to see and where to go.

The Furan House is great. We booked the family room and were very comfortable. From the chocolates on the pillows to the robes on the door, she welcomed us as though we were friends. She did our laundry for us after a few days of us looking for a place to do laundry, so that was a nice touch. Her breakfast was delicious, and her dining room cozy and comfortable.
