L'hôte nous accueille avec gentillesse et humour. La chambre était grande et confortable. Le coin est calme même coté rue et on peut se garer à l'arrière (attention, il faut bien manœuvrer). Le B&B est à proximité du centre-ville à pied. Bon petit-déjeuner avec du choix. Je recommande !

Exceptionally well-located, this charming guesthouse strikes the perfect balance - just a short walk from the city centre, yet tucked slightly off the beaten path to ensure a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout. Breakfast was delicious, with a small à la carte menu complemented by classic continental options, all beautifully presented. Parking at the rear of the property can be a bit tricky, but the owner is on hand to assist with navigation. Alternatively, you can request a guest permit to park at the front, which is very convenient.

The owner was very hospitable. He was friendly. Bed and room were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Russell is the friendliest host and we were very happy to meet him. He directed us to every place we visited in this beautiful city. The room was perfect and the location to everything was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was to order and it was delicious. Very highly recommended

A very mediocre room and breakfast with flat, uncomfortable pillows, low thread count sheets and scratchy towels. Don’t use the bathroom fan because condensate will run down the wall and the owner will try to charge you extra for damage. Just let the mold grow instead. Bring your own sheets and towels because the provided ones are not only uncomfortable, but if you don’t leave them crispy white after use, the owner will try to charge you the price of a luxury bedding and towel set. Avoid conversing with the owner unless you want to be trapped in never ending repetition of the same handful of stories. Given how many hotels and guest houses there are in a city whose attractions can be exhausted in a single day, there are bound to be options out there that don’t try to steal from you after the fact over normal linen use. Only book here if you are desperate and then plan to be up-charged for bogus claims.

Whatever you do if you go to Inverness, stay here! Great location, comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfast and best of all, Russell. Russell is from New York and came to Inverness with his partner to buy, renovate and run this marvelous guest house. He is a font of knowledge. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again if we ever return to Inverness.
