Hotel ubicado en un edificio histórico. Debido a ello no cuenta con ascensores por lo que no queda más remedio que subirte el equipaje a pulso por las escaleras que no son pocas, sobre todo hasta la primera planta. La cena y el desayuno bastante bien. El lugar donde se ubica es muy bonito, frente a un lago que en realidad es el mar ya que esta abierto a él. Lugar muy tranquilo, un buen sitio para alejarte del estrés y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Las instalaciones son muy básicas.

è un posto bellissimo, da cui si può partire per scoprire le highlands . La nostra camera era grandissima e accogliente, è un hotel molto caratteristico quindi non ci si può aspettare lo stile asettico delle catene alberghiere. La nostra camera era al secondo piano con due ripide rampe di scale, con le valigie comodo non è però ne vale la pena. Se non si può affrontare le scale con i bagagli consiglio di dirlo al momento della prenotazione, perchè hanno camere anche a piano terra. Il personale è estramente gentile. Nella Hall divani e poltrone estremamente accoglienti. Per il periodo del nostro soggiorno, abbiamo sempre mangiato al Pub la sera e tutto era molto buono, i prezzi sono un po' alti. Ottima la colazione, si può scegliere la continental breakfast con yogurth, dolci, e frutta o la scottish breakfast che ha un menu a parte ( uova..Haggis..bacon etc). Siamo veramente stati bene.

Habitaciones angostas, mal climatizadas, ducha con baja presión. OJO, tienes que subir las maletas a mano por una escalera de caracol angostísima, NO tienen elevador. El desayuno, al menos el que nos ofrecieron, café infumable, zumos pésimos.... El personal agradable y servicial pero, las instalaciones muy malas.

Room had a lovely Loch view. Was cramped and bathroom small. Slightly happy decor. At La are in the restaurant not available. If someone offers to take your suitcase up stair say Yes please. They are spiral and it it hard! Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent service throughout. Meal in the bar wa good. Lemon posset with fruit compote wa superb

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel . The hotel is clean and staff are good but and there is a but . We will not be staying here again . Whether it’s bad luck or it’s the norm but on both occasions the bed was so uncomfortable and uneven . I do need a comfy bed as my back isn’t the best and found the stay not a comfortable experience.

Sicuramente la posizione è bellissima, proprio di fronte al lago. Per il resto, nonostante sia un Best Western, è veramente scarso. La camera non era per niente insonorizzata, si sentiva perfettamente tutto quello che dicevano nell'altra stanza. Noi eravamo in 3 in camera, ma mancava sempre un asciugamano. La colazione, 10 sterline a testa, non li valeva: era decisamente scarsa. In quanto alla pulizia, lasciamo perdere. Ci hanno portato una teiera con 2 dita di polvere sul coperchio! Un pò meglio il ristorante. Non abbiamo mangiato male.

The Inveraray Inn is a fabulous Hotel, restaurant and bar with a distinct community feel - even if you're not a local, the staff and locals welcome you and make you feel right at home. I enjoyed a few meals and a good couple of days/nights in the bar, sampling their lovely local ale and a few drams, as well as enjoying scrumptious and filling food from the menu - including daily specials such as Langoustines. Oli and Millie were both fantastic in their enthusiasm and commitment to ensuring that my visits and experience were above and beyond. If there is one thing I would pull the Inn up on would be the somewhat commonplace aspect of their beers/gins on offer. I feel they would benefit hugely from widening the range of Scottish beers and gins that they do currently offer. Don't let this put you off going there, as I said, it is a wonderful place, with fabulous people and great food and drink - plus a pool table :)

This hotel is in a fab location right by the loch. Every member of staff is friendly, efficient and hard working. I was there on a great value deal which I'd had to rearrange twice due to a hospital stay. This was done with no issues, complaints or mistakes. The welcome was warm. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful. The food was delicious (if volcanically hot!) and breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, we didn't feel rushed despite being down for the last available slot and kudos for having Marmite, so rare and always appreciated by me! An excellent experience in a great hotel. I hope to be back.

A couple of days for our anniversary. We stayed in the Porters Lodge which is adapted and it was ideal with a view of Loch Fyne from the window. Breakfast was amazing with a fabulous choice. Dinner was nice too. The bar is very reasonably priced and 35ml spirits too!!
