Elaborate coffee bar with a coffee machine, electric kettle, regular and decaf coffee and tea, instant coffee, sugar, honey, creamer and stirs. Don't forget the wine bar that includes a variety of wines to enjoy while relaxing on the covered porch, fire pit or anywhere in the house you're comfortable.Second floor has two bedrooms and one bath. First huge bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a futon that can be used as an extra bed, quiet reading area or relaxing while watching a good movie on Prime or Netflix. Business professionals will enjoy the spacious work desk with a light and a charging station for more than one smart phone or tablet. Also, there are two spacious closets and a full length mirror.Second bedroom also has a comfortable queen size bed with a variety of soft to firm pillows to suit your liking. Bedroom has a large closet, Fire tv and a digital clock with built in phone charging ports.Bathroom is completely stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup wipes and towels, blow dryer and curling iron. Extra bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are located in the closet right outside the bathroom.Outside is a huge front covered porch with a dining table and chairs. At the other end of the porch is a sofa, coffee table and two chairs to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Backyard is completely fenced-in with a deck and BBQ grill. Finish off the evening relaxing by the fire pit with Tiki Torches and Market lights gleaming above.
