The house is a spacious 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom cottage that sleeps eight people.SLEEPING — 1st Floor- The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a very comfortable king bed and attached half bath.- The living room has a pullout sofa.SLEEPING — 2nd Floor- Upstairs bedroom with queen bed.- Upstairs bedroom with twin bed + twin trundle. - Upstairs den with a pullout futon.The gorgeous sunroom with views of the lake and mountain is the perfect setting for your morning coffee. Step outside onto the two-tier deck that offers convenient outdoor dining. When it’s time to play, you will find more than enough kayaks and paddle-boards, along with a canoe, pedal boat, and row boat.A brand new dock was installed in June 2023 that offers 150 square feet of space to fish, cannonball, or even dine. After a full day on the lake, head to the outdoor-shower and get ready for an evening under the stars and around the fire-pit. The setup is easy. There is absolutely no additional parking available anywhere in this neighborhood which has very narrow streets. Overflow cars will be towed and the police will break up any parties.
