We know you'll enjoy our lake home and any of the 6700 acre Beaver Dam lake you care to explore! Our Mid Century Modern open concept home is a Ranch with a new patio, new pier and hard bottom lakefront.Our home features 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a full bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Here you'll find the queen master, full guest and 2-twin bedrooms. The finished lower level features a full bath, living area, and 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a full bed and the other the 4 twin bunk room (great for the kids-send em' downstairs!). Plenty of closets are available throughout the home.The view from the Kitchen, living, dining and sunroom are all beautiful lake views. We include the use of our paddle boat and paddle board. If you care to bring your own boat you're welcome to use the pier as well, and the public boat launch is just a few blocks away.You can enjoy cooking in our equipped kitchen, or keep an eye on the kids on the lake while you cook on our grill on the patio. Lake home with 130' of frontage on Beaver Dam Lake for fishing and recreation. Amenities include 2 40' dock, use of kayaks (7), canoe and paddleboats (3). Boat launch about a mile away. 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, flat screen tv's in the master bedroom and family room. OTA TV with full roster of channels from both Madison and Milwaukee markets. BYO streaming service.High speed unlimited data internet available for flex work/home schooling.Please note that this is a 'whole house' 1/2 of a duplex. This is a part of a rather unique duplex that offers maximum privacy with separate private decks, pellet/charcoal combo grill, separate entrances and HVAC systems.I do require photo ID's for all adults 18 yo+ and the first names and ages of all children under 18 yo. This is used for emergency and liability reasons only. There are no exceptions to this requirement. All ID's are held securely for your protection. The main renter must be 25 yo+. Please contact me for potential exceptions based on previous host recommendations. Maximum occupancy is 8 people including infants and children due to rural septic limitations. Please do not ask for exceptions to this capacity. I will not be able to honor any requests for more than 8 people.Parking on this residential driveway is limited to 3 vehicles including any boat or other trailers. all other vehicles must be parked off site. Park on the narrow residential road at your own risk. No parking is allowed on the grass or mound septic system.please note that this is a NON-smoking property. if there are smokers in your group you will need to let them.know that they can't smoke in the home or the decks or within 20' of a door or window. All smoking materials must be disposed of on a fireproof device and cannot be thrown on the lawn, lake or any garbage container. If they are unable to comply there will be a $200 surcharge to cleanup any smoking related materials.Pet friendly but pet owners must pick up waste immediately and dispose of it responsibly. Petsay not be left alone in the unit unless they are in a crate. I have an extra large crate for your use but you must bring you own pet bedding. This wonderful, cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located on a quiet dead end country road. There is a county park just down the road with a campground, playground for kids and a public boat launch. Inside you'll find everything you need in the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Spend the days lakeside in the large back yard with lots of room to play yard games or for the kids to run around. There is a fire pit near the lake and a pier for fishing or to park your own boat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or take your boat and watch the amazing sunset from the water.
