This beautiful basement apartment has a seperate entrance on the west side of the house for your privacy which is right in front of where you park for easy & close access.The suite includes a private full bathroom, washer/Dryer, a full kitchen with full fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all of your kitchen needs.The family room & master bedroom have new smart TVs so you could access your streaming accounts.The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, desk, and new smart TV. The guests enter at the back of the property and have an entire beautiful 1/2 acre to themselves while the owners enter up front and have their own separate 1/2 acre. We seldom cross paths except for some yard maintenance. The extra-large windows help you enjoy the fantastic view. Grab a cup of coffee or tea and watch your cares melt away as you absorb the wonderful mountain view. Mountain View Golf Course sits behind the house, which leaves the view wide open to enjoy the perfect view of the breathtaking Wasatch mountains.
