In this house, there is a large living room for gatherings, a dining room and bar area together that seat 20, and a large, modern kitchen to manage every meal. The dock also includes a small refrigerator and a kitchenette for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The two-story dock includes a very large sundeck and all composite decking.
