The Red Gate is an upscale studio apartment with combination lock for easy check-in. Inside are 2 large rooms, leather sofas, 65 inch TV, full kitchen with microwave/convection oven, fireplace, washer/dryer, private outside courtyard with seating area and barbecue. It sits in a lovely, quiet cul-de sac. The entire downstairs apartment is separate and totally private with no access to or from the upstairs unit. Avoid the Bay area traffic, leave your car at home, and head to the ferry (7 minutes from here) to San Francisco or drive 13 miles to Napa or 17 miles to Sonoma. Nearby flat walking trails or be brave and try the hill outside our door.I am an artist and some of my work is in our space. I would recommend renting a car for families and people who wait 5 minutes for the nearest parking spot kind of person.Bungalows are accessible via automobile, ferry, Bart, Bus, and Uber/Lyft.Note: Even though Bungalows are located walkable distance to major transit options, I recommend having a car for grocery shopping and other site seeing in those days you need to rent cars.Other Things to Note:FREE Parking: There is plenty of unrestricted street parking immediately in front of Bungalows.
