The gently sloping yard goes down past a boathouse shed ( not in use), to a waterfront patio area with 10 seater outdoor table, multiple Adirondack chairs, a separate fire pit area and your very own dock / deck directly on the water ! Things to Note:- No smoking or parties, events or large gatherings are permitted- There is off street parking on the driveway and free street parking too.- The old wood stove in the living area is non-working, do not attempt to light it.- The front of the property has a one bed apartment with its own entrance, which is rented separately and not included. You may see another car on the driveway.People with children or mobility issues please note that this is a waterfront property and is bordered on one side by the Esopus Creek, with a sloping yard down to the banks of the Creek & deck/dock open to the water. At the front of the house, on the other side of the street, there's a train track with a slow-moving freight train that will trundle past, on no fixed schedule, from time to time.
