There are 2 bedrooms (1 room with a firm California King bed that will sleep 2 and 1 room with a firm Queen bed that will sleep 2), plus a queen sofa bed in the living room that will sleep 2. 1 roomy bathroom with a full walk-in shower and 1 powder bath room. The kitchen is outfitted with all the modern conveniences - microwave oven, dishwasher, range and refrigerator and small appliances, like coffee pot, crockpot, mixer, etc. We have a comfortable dining area and living room. High speed WiFi and wireless streaming service for a flat screen TV viewing, landline phone for local calls. Forced air heating and air conditioning. Very comfortable and roomy for 6 people. Due to no dogs allowed in the main living area, it is dog hair and dander free for those with allergies and asthma brought on by animal allergies.
