Spacious 2,350 sq ft, 3 bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms - house with living room (with couch, loveseat, and work space), game room (with futon), and laundry room. Backyard has a BBQ grill, table with 6 chairs, an umbrella, outdoor couch, extra foldable chairs, fire pit, trampoline, playground, and small child's table. This house can accommodate 8 people, but above 6 is $55 per person. Very close to town. Safe motorcycle parking available.The spaceThis house is very close to the heart of Yuba City not far from stores, gyms, restaurants, Gauche water park, Ellis Lake, Dirt bike tracks, Millennium Axe Throwing, Kart Racing, & Laser Tag. 20 minutes from Hard Rock and the Wheatland Toyota Amphitheatre. If you like spacious this house is the house for you. There are three bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms. The living room has a couch and love seat. The game room features ping pong, foozeball, and a futon. There is a laundry room for your use. There are TVs in the bedrooms, living room, and game room. Enjoy the backyard with table, chairs and umbrella, outdoor patio furniture, children’s table, swing bench, BBQ grill, fire pit, trampoline and playground. There used to be hens on the other side of the fence in the chicken coop/chicken run areas, but they had to be relocated to our residence for their safety.NOTE this is not a party location; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.does not allow parties or events at certain properties. My maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If I knowingly hosted a party/event I would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. If I did and I got caught, I would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which I am not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do. There is no dining room table in the house. There is a fold out table, and folding chairs on the property if you need a lower height table.This house does not have carpet. It does have one step going down into the game room and there is a baby gate. If you need the baby gate, it is in the game room. Baby gates have caused damage to the paint on the door frame. If you do use a baby gate, please make sure that it does not rip the paint off the door frame or there will be a $50 charge to have it sanded down and painted again.About pets:Pets allowed: limit 2 total.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Beautiful open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath front unit with 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed.This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas.The pool is not heated, but is open for use year-round. The outdoor furniture is not guaranteed to be available for use during the rain and windy season due to no covered areas outdoors.The spaceThis beautifully mostly remodeled three-bedroom one-bathroom open floor plan unit has a living room, family room, kitchen, and dining areas. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. All of the bedrooms have a TV with Roku for streaming. One of the couches in the living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and there is also a smaller twin size hide-a-bed in the family room. The living room has a TV. The family room does not. Outside in the backyard there are several seating areas and a swing bench. There are also additional folding chairs available for your use. The pool has a safety fence around it, but please do always keep a close eye on the little ones and keep the key in the lock. Please be courteous of the back unit guests in regards to temperature. There is a fan in the closet. Back unit guests can close vents if they decide to and do have their own heating and cooling systems.Both units are ran off of one hot water heater. Please be courteous of other guests.The garage parking is for you, however, the guests in the back, as well as the owner/Housecleaner do have access to the laundry area, supplies, and refrigerator that is in the garage.
