The upstairs level has a master bedroom overlooking the main floor, a full bath, laundry, walk-in closet and office with exercise equipment.The main level features vaulted ceilings with a central, 2-sided fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, dining room, great room, a massive covered deck, a bedroom and bathroom.The lower level is a walk-out with 2 bedrooms, a game room, laundry and bathroom.The back yard gently slopes to the lake where a private fire pit, small stone beach and boat dock await. Take the kayaks out for a morning paddle and enjoy the best of Maine.The property has 2 kayaks for your use between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Always wear life jackets when using. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Host is not liable for any incident regarding kayak or dock.We also have darts, ping pong table, board games, books, fishing rods, tennis rackets and a set of golf clubs for you to use.If you want to rent a power boat, stand up paddleboards, canoes or additional kayaks, Downeast Boat rentals 207-460-6898 can deliver these to the property for your use. They are in very high demand. If you plan to rent we suggest making your reservations ASAP.Please do not launch power boats from the back yard.
