It does NOT include the lower level or the backyard. The two rentals each have their own private entrance and do not share amenities EXCEPT the laundry. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.- Pets: Well-trained pets are welcome at $25 PER NIGHT (maximum of 2 pets only). Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet.
