Welcome to the FLX! We've rented our home to more than 300 guests on another platform since 2017 (4.9 rating), and have finally made the switch to VRBO. Our home is located in the rural center of the eastern branch of the Seneca Lake wine & food trail and only 7 miles from the Cayuga Lake wine trail. We provide a centrally-located, quiet, peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips to the local attractions. Make yourself at home, either inside on one of the massage chairs or outside in our 1 acre yard with outdoor seating, a charcoal grill, and a fire pit. Our Ovid cottage boasts 2 inviting bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 1 full bed. The cozy living room features a comfy futon for extra relaxation. A newly renovated farmhouse is waiting for you and your guests to enjoy! The original Hudson house was built in the early 1900's and the additions to the house were added in the 1960's. The total farm consists of over 300 acres of farm land on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake. The Hudson's were farmers and grew everything from grain to grapes. They even had a short period of time when they raised chickens. The house has four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This beautifully maintained, four-bedroom farmhouse sits high up a mile from Seneca Lake. Surrounded by farmland with incredible views of the east side of Seneca Lake (including sunsets!)Perfect for a large family or 2 smaller families, the house has a nicely remodeled, well-appointed kitchen as well as many other comforts to make your stay enjoyable.
