Come stay at our cozy working farm in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Just over an hour from Boston , this private two-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. When you stay at this lovely apartment, you'll be staying on a working farm so there are no pets allowed. The on-site farm store has grass fed beef, pasture raised pork, farm raised chicken and turkey available as well as seasonal vegetables. Fresh eggs will be provided for you during your stay.Guests will be able to check themselves in upon arrival and will enter apartment through the red door on the detached garage. The apartment is on the second floor so if stairs are a problem we may not be the best air bnb for you. Full kitchen and laundry are available as well as patio with outdoor dining and grill.There is WIFI (password on wall) and a smart tv, dvd/blue ray and many movie choices. Linens for all beds and towels are provided for your stay!! The bar offers a spot for up to four people to eat or if you work while you are here there is space for a laptop. WIFI is strong and guests are able to work when needed while visiting with out any trouble. The farm stay is a pet free space. There are a couple parking spots and guests will need to be able to walk up multiple stairs to access the apartment. Welcome to our freshly renovated cottage on Hermit Lake. This property has everything for a nice romantic getaway, family adventures, or just a place to stay to be in area. It offers 3 fire pits, a canoe, a Kayak, 2 paddleboards, lifejackets, its own dock, a private bridge, 3 TVs and a large deck overlooking the yard-lake. You can enjoy the quiet property or venture out. It’s only 7 mins (4.5 miles) from RT. 93, 17mins from stores, restaurants and the Tilton outlets. Do you like to Ski? The house is 33 mins (21.5 miles) to Gunstock, 41 mins (39 miles) to Loon, 46 mins (47 miles) to Cannon, 41 mins (35 miles) to Waterville and 1 hour (63 miles) to Britton Woods. It’s also only a few mins to the major snowmobile corridor. Conveniently located near to stores, restaurants and the Tilton Outlets; all only 13 mins (9 miles) away. Parking isn’t an issue as the property has plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Although this cozy house has been completely updated inside, please be understanding when it comes to the exterior. The house will be painted once the weather permits and landscaping is a work in progress.
