There is a mini fridge and lots of seating available in the GAMEROOM which makes this a great addition for all the family to enjoy and spend that quality time together!*Located 13 miles from Talladega Super Speedway and 18 miles from the world class CMP Marksmanship Park in Talladega.*Located less than 10 miles from Lincoln and Pell City and less than 40 miles to the Birmingham Shuttlesworth Airport.*All the best local restaurants and national chain restaurants are within 10 mi * This is a large home with almost 3,000 Sq ft that has been recently updated and painted that has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds ( 1K, 2Q, 2F, ) plus an additional room with a day bed that makes out into a twin over twin trundle bed. * As you walk through the front door you will love the big and wide tiled foyer that leads into the large and open living room, dining room and kitchen areas with tons of windows and natural light with a nice unobstructed view of the lake. The kitchen has granite counters and lots of solid wood cabinetry with plenty of kitchen utensils including pots and pans, toasters, blenders etc with everything you need for a nice, home cooked meal. * Just off the kitchen is a nice dining area with a new table and 6 chairs and also 3 bar stools that cozy up to the granite bar top for extra seating for the whole family. The living room has all hardwood floors and a beautiful floor to ceiling stacked rock fireplace and comes furnished with a nice couch and loveseat, 2 extra upholstered chairs, coffee and 2 end tables and a nice mounted flat screen Smart Tv. * Just off the foyer on the main floor are two Queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and come furnished with 2 nightstands and a large dresser to store your clothes and flat screen Smart Tv's. The Queen bedroom on the right is HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE with 32inch doors and a beautiful tiled step in shower with grab bars and has good space to maneuver around.* Just off the living room is the 4th bedroom that comes with two full beds and a matching dresser with a nice flat screen Smart Tv.* There is also another room just off the living room that would makes a great play room area for the children that has storage cubes on the wall for toys, games, etc and a nice daybed with twin trundle to accommodate 2 more people if needed. There is also a desk or work area in this room if you need to catch up with your work while at the lake and it also has a nice flat screen Tv.* The master bedroom is located upstairs and has a beautiful King size bedroom suit with 2 night stands, large dresser and chest of drawers and a large 55 inch flat screen Smart Tv and a nice desk or work area.
