Welcome to A Perfect View! This beautiful, refreshed cabin has been completely repainted and has new beds and mattresses. Whether you are looking for complete relaxation, delicious restaurants, hiking, or antique shops, our home is close to it all!This two-bedroom, dog friendly cabin is located at the top of the mountain, with a paved road! It is the perfect spot for a couple's retreat, friends' getaway, or family fun! As soon as you walk into the cabin, you will be greeted by unforgettable mountain views. Step out onto the wrap around deck to take it all in! On the main level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We will provide a small starter supply of K-Cups for the Keurig. A gas grill is located off the kitchen. There is a queen bedroom with a shared full bathroom on the main level as well.Walk up to the second-floor loft for the master suite. Sleep in a king size bed with its own full bathroom. All three TV's have a ROKU. Feel free to utilize YouTube TV, or log into any of your personal streaming services. We know how hard it can be to travel with young kids, so we wanted to make it easier for you! Our guests will have access to a highchair and pack and play (just bring your own sheets and mattress topper if needed) and a baby gate. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you will need any of these items. If you are traveling with your four-legged friend, feel free to utilize the food and water bowls up there. A medium dog crate can also be provided. Dogs will need to be crated when you are not there. Please let us know in advance if you will need any of these items. If you are bringing your dog, make sure to add that into your reservation as there is an additional fee. Imagine waking in the beautiful North Georgia mountains at Tara’s Treehouse, and as soon as your eyes open you see the breathtaking view: the hazy blue Appalachian mountain range, low lying clouds flirting with the mountain tops…one minute they’re touching them, the next they’re gone. The glisten of Lake Burton, so clear and sparkling it appears like diamonds are sitting atop the water. You head to the porch to soak in the view. Take your pick: the wrap-around porch on the main level has tables, chairs and a swing. Or, walk to the top porch, and enjoy same gorgeous scenery, and watch the view of the mountains constantly change as a pink and yellow orb rises above them. Grab some binoculars and you might even catch a glimpse of the Appalachian Trail.The air is crisp, and as you sit and breathe in life, you hear it. What is the humming sound? Fix your eyes on the hanging bird feeders, and you’ll catch a glimpse of the magical creatures. The tiny hummingbird watches you as you watch him, drinking the sugar water, but never landing or even slowing enough for you to see how fast his wings flutter. As soon as he darts off through the trees, the Carolina Chickadee is right there, singing a melody. The view at dusk is equally amazing. Don’t turn away for a minute, though, or you’ll miss the flying squirrels gliding from tree to tree. Don’t worry about it being too quiet to sleep…the cicadas and/or katydids will play a soothing harmony for you as you drift off. It’s so bright & airy with amazing lighting from the beautiful floor to ceiling windows, you will instantly feel success on your choice of bookings! From the new comfy furnishings to the wide open floor plan, you will love the cleanliness, class, and comfort the cottage gives. Located in a beautiful area of the North Georgia mountains, this cottage is a gem. The kitchen has everything you need to make a homemade meal or simply make a cup of coffee to enjoy on one of the 2 patios offered. It is so close to everything the area has to offer from hiking, golfing, waterfalls, outdoor fun, shopping, wineries, and amazing dining, all while tucked back off great paved roads in its own little space amidst lush greenery, so you feel the privacy you need too. It has two beautiful bedrooms, complete with incredibly comfortable king beds with the coziest of sheets and comfy toppers to give you amazing rest. The Master has a lovely en suite attached and the guest room has a bathroom right off the hallway. The Cottage also has a nice gas grill on the back patio in case you want to bbq and eat in. It has great parking and is NOT on the side of a mountain. If you’re wanting a relaxing, clean, cozy, beautiful space for your vacay or even a work trip, this is it! It is owner managed, which is a HUGE perk, since we personally make sure your stay is amazing! Please be advised this Cottage is not a pet friendly space.
