After a day of adventures, kick back and relax while enjoying the picturesque views of the water. There is something for everyone here in all 4 seasons!This house is 1600+ square feet on two floors. There are docks on the property for guest use. Kayaks are available with some life vests. There is a public boat launch on Lake St. Catherine and a second boat launch at Lake St. Catherine State Park. The 117-acre park offers an array of recreation such as a nature center, two sandy beaches, a large grassy field including a children’s playground and a snack-bar concession with rentals of rowboats, canoes, kayaks and pedal boats. A boat launch is available for those seeking a day of fishing or water skiing on the lake. A short hiking trail offers visitors a tour of the Big Trees of Lake St. Catherine and a breathtaking view of Birdseye Mountain.No dogs/pets of any kind allowed. Any evidence of pets found on the property will result in a $500 fine.No smoking. Lakefront cottage with stone patio includes a private dock for you to dock at or swim from - a floating raft to swim out to and sunbathe on, a new deck to take in the spectacular lake view. Outside dining spaces with umbrellas over the tables, a gas grill for cooking. Two kayaks are available with lifejackets. An open cathedral main room welcomes you to gather in, overlooks the water and is fully equipped with all the things you’d expect in a lake cottage. A newly renovated main bedroom sits privately off with access to a new bath with oversized shower and glass doors. There is a quiet office nook if you need to do a little work. The guest bedroom has two built-in twin beds with a built in desk between.
