These are shared by the house next-door that we rent out as well.*We have free reliable WIFI*The parking is in the driveway in front of the barn and it is also free.*We also have corn hole in the case by the side door for outdoor play.*We do accept up to 2 dogs for a $100 pet fee per stay. Dogs must be on a leash when outside and if left behind they must be in a kennel. There is plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers in front of the Barn. Please don't park in front of the house as that is for the guests staying there to park.*You’ll also have access to the fire pit in the back yard which has just been updated. (You will need to bring your own firewood).*Looking for a marina there is Preston Bend Park, Lighthouse Marina is very close about 1/2 a mile and Little Mineral Marina just a mile or so away. There are many guided tours in the area for fishing as well as dinner cruises nearby. Just a short drive to numerous liquor stores, grocery stores and restaurants. Island View Park: Is less than a 1/4 mile away!Island View Park is one of the most popular day use parks at Lake Texoma. Visitors can buy day passes, make reservations, rent kayaks, and reserve shelters online. It is open from 9 a.m. to sunset, which is different in every season. Visitors can take guided kayak tours or a beach picnic boat trip from Island View. They can host corporate events, family reunions, weddings, and more with Island View’s event planners at its event spaces. There is a pool at Tanglewood resorts down the road on 289.
