Welcome to our backyard paradise! We’d like to invite you to relax in our country loft, overlooking an inground pool, koi pond, firepit and pavilion. Our home, surrounded by organic crops, sits on 115 acres, evoking a sense of peace and tranquility. You are welcome to enjoy a fire in the pit, or swim in the heated pool when the weather permits. We are conveniently located 3 miles between Gambier and Kenyon College and Mount Vernon and the Nazarene University. This is a private stand alone, unit with a private entrance and driveway located in our backyard above a workshop. It is accessed via a stairway and is not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is a spacious 968 square foot, one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, 65 inch TV, and top of the line, Olhausen pool table and matching tabletop shuffleboard for your entertainment. It is game themed with lots of natural light, rustic in décor, but loaded with amenities. The kitchen cupboards are made from recycled barn siding with corrugated tin inserts that came from an old barn. The kitchen countertops are made from zinc that over time develops a beautiful patina and the bar countertop is a walnut live edge slab. The cozy bedroom features a queen size bed with 100% cotton sheets, small TV and antique dresser to store your belongings. The roomy bathroom features a corner shower stocked with R & R Essentials toiletries. The living room, with a comfortable La-Z-Boy sofa, matching chair and recliner will make you feel right at home. We are truly in the country but close to town. We live on a less traveled country road where you can take a walk and enjoy all the sounds that nature has to offer or sit by the koi pond and watch the fish as you listen to the rush of water cascading over the rocks into the pond. We will greet you upon arrival and will be here for your assistance, but not in your way. Whether you are here on business, visiting family or just wanting a romantic getaway, this is the place for you. Wont you come and see for yourself! This is a very spacious, one bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen, a 50-inch QLED TV and a walk out back porch. The cozy bedroom features a queen size bed with 100% cotton sheets, dressers to store belongings, and a large walk-in closet for additional items or hanging clothes. The roomy bathroom is handicapped accessible with a seated shower, handrails, and is stocked with R & R Essentials toiletries. The living room, with a comfy leather, power reclining sofa, and two wicker chairs, will make you feel right at home. We are truly in the country, but close to town. We are located on a less traveled country road, where you can take a walk and enjoy all the sounds that nature has to offer, or sit on the back porch and enjoy the scenery.We will greet you upon arrival and be here for your assistance, but not in your way.
