Super friendly and safe neighborhood, lots of ATV and walking paths. We welcome our guests to 2 cozy bedrooms and a clean, beautifully decorated bathroom. Both beds have SUPER SOFT sheets and pillowcases. :) A water Well is on the premises. Large porch w/ propane blue glass firepit and a propane BBQ. Tables and chairs for outside eating as well. Large front porch has 3 stairs going up. There is a railing on both sides to hold onto and a Watch Your Step sign for your safety. The yard is over 1/3 of an acre, ALL fenced in w/ grass (in the Summer and then leaves and sometimes snow in the winter). Your dogs will LOVE it as much as YOU do! :)Relax in our nice living room with reclining couches, SUPER SOFT throw blankets, and an electric fireplace/heater to curl up to, a 65" Sony TV. Amazon Firestick TV is there for your streaming/watching pleasure. Wi-fi is hooked up and works good. The kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dish washer, a Keurig coffee maker and coffee, a microwave, and an air fryer. A washer and dryer have their own space next to the kitchen. Fire alarms in ALL rooms and tested regularly. All living amenities available for you and your family! This side has a full kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and huge loft with a bedroom and large sitting area.Spend some time relaxing outside on the decks or at the fire pit. Adirondack chairs are stored in the back and are available during your stay. We just ask that you put them away when you checkout.
