ABOUT THE SPACEOur beautifully remodeled home will welcome your entire family with all the comforts of home for your much needed vacation. We have 3 bedrooms upstairs plus extra sleeping space in the den and first floor extra private room. There are 3 full bathrooms, one private master bathroom, 1 shared bathroom on 2nd floor and one full on the main floor. THE COMMUNITYSpinnler Point has full lake access including 4 “areaways” (private beaches) with lawn and picnic areas, docks and boat slips as well as two boat launches. Boat rentals are nearby. The boat slip is a 10 minute walk, /(.3 miles)/ 1500 ft. from the house or drive and park if space is available. Boats are limited to 23 feet and Pontoons/sailboats are 26 feet. Any boat that is rented should make sure meets these criteria. You will need to provide registration information for both boat and trailer before arriving as well as make/model of any rented boat once it's picked up. GUEST ACCESSAccess to the property is contactless by lock box. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home.
