This is a cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home in quaint Ormond Beach. Both of the bedrooms have queen size beds with dressers and closets. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with access to all media platforms. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with a large sofa that converts into a bed. It also has a flat screen TV with access to all media platforms as wells as a Blu-ray and a Wii-U to entertain the kids. The kitchen is newly renovated with brand new appliances, and is fully equipped. If you enjoy cooking you will find everything you need in this well stocked kitchen. The back room couch pulls out into a comfortable bed as well and there is a smart TV, Blu-ray and standard Wii also hooked up. This space is an ideal area for the kids to watch TV, hang out and play. The bathroom is also fully renovated with storage space for your toiletries. The laundry room is available for your use as well, including iron and board. The back yard is fenced in with a covered porch that has comfortable seating and decorative lights to use at night, giving the patio a relaxing atmosphere.
