Constructed in the fall of 2014, this lake front property rental is located off the Glenn Highway, nestled in the small community of Nelchina, on Schooner Lake (approx 45 miles from Glennallen). Offering spectacular views of the Chugach Mountains, it makes the perfect place for vacationing, weekend getaways, and/or a weekly/monthly rental. Although only one bedroom, this place offers a spacious 800 sq. feet of living space on one story. Even with a King sized bed, the large bedroom features a closet and a convenient built in washer/dryer with room to spare! South facing windows allow a view from every room (except bathroom) to capitalize on all the natural sunlight and lake/mountain views. Enjoy a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet. Further down the hall a full sized kitchen with maple cabinets opens to the living room. Kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard space for groceries and supplies. To access the apartment, enter through a nice custom wood entry ideal for hanging gear and with enough floor space for extra guests.
