The kitchen is fully stocked with a griddle, air fryer, toaster, blendtec blender, and everything you need to bake or cook! There is a bathroom and one bedroom on the main level. The sunroom is right off the living room. In the basement there are 3 bedrooms, a living room, laundry room and the master bedroom with an ensuite. Ensuite has a walk in shower with double shower heads and a stand alone soaker tub. A place to sit back or snuggle up, put your feet up, laugh together with a game, watch a movie or your favorite TV show… or again… football or UFC. And if you fall asleep or need the extra sleep area, we have wanted to provide a comfortable place for that, too!BATHROOM: The bathroom also has everything you need to be comfortable, and more! In the drawers under the bedding are a ton of board games, card games, puzzles and other fun games.If you find yourself needing a broom, mop, vacuum or even step stool you can find it right across the hall. We do not expect you to clean on your get away, but know sometimes its convenient to have these things.Each bathroom is fully stocked with many bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, make up towels (which are black), toilet paper, razors, feminine products and more.The living room has a sofa, that if you move the foot rest could comfortably sleep a kid or small adult. There is also a electric reclining two seat sofa that has controls and a charging port on the side. In the corner you'll find an electric, recliner, massage chair. Roku TV as you may have guessed.In the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer with all the things you could need to do several loads of laundry. Above the high chair is a fully stocked coffee bar. A snack bar including the snacks. Many many many cooking gadgets to make your stay as smooth as possible. Under the sink you will find the fire suppressor, first aid kit, doggy bags, trash bags, cleaners, paper towels and dish pods. Above the washer and dryer you'll find extra paper towels and hot tub towels. Sadly no Roku TV in this room.FINALLY BEST FOR LAST.The dinning room/game room..... there's ax Xbox 360 with games, a DVD player and movies along with a 4K TV. Lounge or lay on the sleeper sofa while you play or watch. Please if any games or movies are scratched let us know so we can get them out of rotation. The dining table has a city scape behind it with lights for your enjoyment. The foosball table also turns into a table hockey, ping pong or mini billiards table. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, living room, laundry, and second bathroom. This house has a different theme to every room, making it very unique! We have RV parking on the side of the house but no hookups at this time, you are welcome to use it. There is a large privately fenced in backyard with a deck and patio table. We added a swingset, use it at your own risk and please supervise children. We also have a grill out there so utilize it for some amazing BBQ's with your family! There is a dog run on the side out back for your pets as well. We do charge a $40 non-refundable pet fee that must be paid before check in. We have a fully stocked kitchen with every utensil you could possibly think of including a crockpot, popcorn maker, hand mixer, coffee pot, and so much more.
