In fall, vibrant foliage reveals glimpses of the Bashakill. The detached studio offers easy access to the Shawangunk Ridge Trail and the Long Path. Relax on the private deck, stargaze, play games, or savor S’mores around the campfire.In addition to the loft's amenities, Wurtsboro offers visitors delicious dining options like Danny's Village Inn and the Red Dot Vegetarian Kitchen, along with a variety of shops like Gigi's Coffee, vintage clothing stores, and Canal Towne Emporium. We are family owned and operated providing a personal touch to your individual stays. Enter into the The Boro Bungalow with an inviting porch and entry! You will be greeted by a sitting area on the porch and foyer in the doorway. A large fireplace and family area for everyone to enjoy. We have games and coloring books available for guests. The first bedroom to your left is your Primary bedroom with a queen sized bed and futon. The second bedroom, first door on your right, has a full sized bed with a twin bed above it. Great for older kids or another couple. The third bedroom has a twin bed for smaller guests that need their own space. When walking through the last door near the fireplace, you will be met with a bathroom and refreshed kitchen. An extra sitting space and dining space will lead you to another large deck with a grill and patio furniture that will allow you to enjoy some time outdoors! Welcome to the Streamside Getaway! Located in the historic town of Wurtsboro in the Lower Catskills, the cabin is a short 90 minutes from NYC, and is centrally located to all kinds of activities. Enjoy the stream directly next to the property, relax in any of the outdoor areas to enjoy it fully! Walk to restaurants, shops, and local businesses in downtown Wurtsboro. There are walking trails through the woods nearby including D&H Canal Linear Park, various streams, and dozens of lakes nearby.Sleeping 2, the cute bear-themed cabin has one bedroom and one full bathroom for your convenience. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized bed. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and is recently renovated.There is a front patio deck overlooking the property with benches. There are plenty of streamside outdoor seating areas including a picnic table, adirondack chairs, a bench, even a fire pit. Enjoy the propane grill outdoors if you wish. Or cook indoors in the full kitchen and use the small kitchen table.The living room has a relaxing electric fireplace, a very comfortable couch, and a large HD tv with a Roku box providing all sorts of free content.
