Newley built 3 bedroom home in the side of a hill in White Clay Creek Preserve. I love this property because it is very peaceful and in the woods. Tons of animals will be walking around the yard all the time. Some of the notable upgrades include: hardwood floors, 80” tv, Pelaton, ceramic tile, granite, large deck, wall to wall WINDOWS, there are no blinds because there are no neighbors! Location could not be better. Very close to University of Delaware, Fair Hill, Longwood Gardens, Kennett Square, Wilmington De, 45 minutes to Philly, and much more. There is an indoor/outdoor cat that stays here very friendly and can be removed on request.
