Private with access to the water it is sure to help you build special memories. The property also comes with a private dock, 2 kayaks and paddleboat on the lake. Located on the south end of the property just a golf cart ride away from Spring Lake, its quiet location set back from one of Wisconsin’s Rustic Roads will make you feel like you are in a car commercial. ATV/Snowmobile trails are adjacent to the property with plenty of parking for large trailers and trucks. Trails wind through the property for private adventures! Enjoy hiking, swimming, nature walks, rafting, kayaking, and fishing on this spacious property. The large flat yard make the property perfect for outside games and activities. Sunset Bay is also 7 miles away from Standing Rocks Park, also great for hiking, cross country & downhill skiing in the winter.
