Welcome to our Tiny Home in the rural/rustic area of Lakeside. Vacation in the small town with yummy foods and great people. Our tiny home is the perfect place for those travelers looking for affordability and to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life however, only a quick 20 minute drive to beaches, San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, and Down Town San Diego. The Space:Our tiny home is located behind the main property where the homeowner reside and sits on a 3rd of an acre. Please enjoy the outdoor amenities of a fire pit, bbq station, above ground pool, and relaxing sitting area for small groups. There is plenty of space for well behaved furry pets who enjoy other animals on the property and children. Directly Across the street is the beautiful renovated Lake and community park/trail to take a stroll with friends and animals.Our tiny house includes a small kitchenette with a mini refrigerator, microwave, sink for washing dishes, toaster, coffee machine, cups, plates, utensils and bbq supplies. THERE IS NO STOVE OR FREEZER! The bathroom is stocked with a toilet, shower, sink and medicine cabinet. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash is available as well as hand soap and fresh towels. This tiny house is a “bunkhouse” style meaning the queen mattress is located over the kitchen and bathroom. You must be able to climb a ladder to get to this bed. There is a trundle bed on the ground level in the living room. Enjoy TV with free streaming services of Netflix. Please choose “guest” account. To access other streaming services, please log into your personal accounts. Our tiny home does have a portable air conditioning unit that will be turned on prior to your arrival. Private parking on the property will always be available. No need to park on the streets.Well behaved guests are welcome on the property however they must exit the property by 8pm and park on the street. Small gatherings are fine. (Please feel comfortable using the backyard as your own) but large parties are not allowed. If you plan to have a small gathering please inform us when booking so that we can make special accommodations.Responsible drinking is allowed on property.Guest accessUpon arrival please park in the drive way and call/text when you have arrived. Someone on the property will walk you to your Tiny home and give you your door code. If you need anything please call or text. POOL WATER FEATURES USE:-The pool features must be requested anytime between 10am and 9pm as they are turned on remotely by your host. Please also notify your host when these features are not in use and to turn off. Failure to notify host to turn off the spa features will result in a $100 per hour fine.POOL HEATING:The pool is heated solely by solar during the months of March to October. If desired, the use of additional pool heating features can be requested for an additional $150 per day for 8 hours max per day. The host does not guarantee a specified heat as the weather can sometimes determine how fast the pool can heat up completely. POOL, SPA, GROTTO, AND SAUNA SAFETY:-Do NOT leave children unsupervised in or around the pool.-It is not recommended to allow children in the Sauna or the Spa and Sauna is a dry sauna, no water is permitted in Sauna at any time.-Guests use the Pool, Spa, Grotto, and Sauna at their own risk.-Do NOT climb on or jump off the waterfall. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancelation of the reservation with no refund to the Guest.-By booking this property, the Guest asserts that they have read and agree to the conditions regarding the risk of these amenities.PETS: A $500 fine will be charged to Guest if there is any evidence of any pet on the property unless the Host has given express written consent and a pet fee has been paid by the Guest. Occupant further acknowledges that they have INTENTIONALLY ELECTED to rent this home that includes the POOL, SPA, AND AMENITIES. If a pool and spa are not desired at the home you are renting please stop here and cancel your reservation. OCCUPANT(S) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT POOL, SPA, AMENITIES CARRY INCREASED RISK FOR POTENTIAL PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH DUE TO, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: 1. The inherent risk of drowning associated with immersion in water. 2. The inherent risk of falling injury/subsequent drowning associated with the slide, waterfall, or any hard surfaces surrounding the pool and spa which may become slick because of water on those surfaces, a risk particularly enhanced by horseplay and careless behavior. UNSUPERVISED CHILDREN are particularly susceptible to the dangers inherent in the use of the pool and spa amenities. DO NOT leave children unsupervised.3. The inherent risk of drowning is enhanced by the USE OF ALCOHOL, and such use is not recommended before or during the use of the pool and spa amenities. The effects of alcohol may be enhanced by dehydration and heat. 4. The spa and/or sauna may be set higher than 98 degrees, and prolonged immersion in such temperatures can result in overheating of the body and subsequent medical complications, including death. 5. Spa heat can also result in unintentional loss of consciousness or falling asleep, which can result in overheating/drowning/death. This danger is accentuated by the use of alcohol. Occupant(s) acknowledge that the Homeowner provides NO SUPERVISION or other protection against the inherent risks associated with pool, spa, grotto, or sauna use, whether by Occupant, their children or their guests, and Occupant accepts full responsibility for the increased level of care and potential injury associated with these amenities. Improper use of the slide, waterfall, or any features included with the pool, spa, or sauna can result in INJURY or DEATH.PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY: The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
