Enjoy sundowners on the balcony, relax in the pool or spa, and have dinner prepared using the outdoor kitchen.LAGO VISTA VILLA: We have designed this home with your comfort in mind. The home offers incredible views, outdoor kitchen, pool/spa, and ample parking for up to 4 vehicles with an additional space for your boat/trailer. Lago Vista Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests with its 5 bedrooms and spacious open living and dining areas.VILLA AMENITIES: The well-appointed indoor kitchen provides oven(not a double), dishwasher, extra refrigerator in the utility room, large pantry, and lots of counter space. (Please note the oven and refrigerators have been replaced and are slightly different from the picture) The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, refrigerator, and full-size sink. Private pool and spa are available for use. Spa can be heated upon request for up to 3 hours per day. (Please note: this is not a jetted spa, only heated) Lots of outdoor seating areas offer guests space to comfortably enjoy the sunset (or sunrise for the early birds). 3 Smart TVs are located in the main living room, game room, and bunk room. A crib, highchair, and changing station are also available. Crib linens are available upon request. There is also a desk for a work space.
