Condo was totally remodeled and furnished in October of 2020. 1300 feet to the beach through Carlin park and walking distance, movies, many restaurants and Harbourside shopping center. Master Bedroom has a King size bed and the guest has twin beds. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. There is also a beautiful pool, tennis and handball court for you to enjoy. Carlin park is right outside the door providing the natural open environment, exercise trails, events and lots of activities. Enjoy the beautiful beach and surf with a nice beach blanket or a bottle of wine. With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.Each bedroom has a 40" TV and there is a brand new 65" Smart TV is in the living room. There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
