Feels miles from anywhere, but you’ll be just up the road from the Buffalo National River, and minutes from Jasper, AR for historic dining or a small-town stroll.Quiet area in the middle of the woods, just off Hwy 74 outside of Jasper, AR. Unpaved road to the cabin can be a little rough between gradings. Private parking at the cabin. You will receive detailed directions before your stay. **We share the neighborhood with black bears who show up from time to time, so please keep all food/food prep/serving items inside the cabin, and any extra trash in the metal bin outside!** Dollar General and Harp’s grocery are just minutes away in Jasper.The Retreat offers a full kitchen with electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, all the tools you need to prepare a Thanksgiving meal or do some summer grilling, just bring the groceries! Settle in on the covered porch with a coffee from our coffee corner and enjoy the views. Master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with washer and dryer available for guest use. Loft upstairs has one full bed, one twin bed, and a full bath with tub. Living room area features comfortable furniture and a TV with Roku for access to all of your personal streaming accounts. Wifi is complimentary at the cabin, but not guaranteed as the area can be prone to internet outages. Outside space is equipped with a large fire pit and seating, gas grill for outdoor cooking, picnic table, and plenty of grassy area to run around.
