You will see a beautiful 2 story home with cedar shutters, red door and porch with 2 red rocking chairs.* Backyard has a back deck with a few chairs and BBQ grill with propane and grilling supplies provided. Behind back deck is a fire pit with comfortable seating. Wood is not provided but can be purchased nearby at local gas stations.INSIDE HOME:Main Floor:As you walk into the front door you will have the ability to go left into the living room, right into the dining room/kitchen or straight into a half-bath & laundry room with full size washer/dryer.The Living Room has a large 3 seat leather couch that pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa (extra sheets, pillows located in laundry room). There are also 3 leather power recliners made for theator rooms. A large 65 inch 4k Roku TV with a BlueRay Player is hooked up over the fireplace (for show only...any fires need to be made outside in firepit).The dining table seats 6 comfortably and there is also a moron where 3 more people are able to seat. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough plates, glasses, silverware for 11 people. There is a full size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven. There are also many smaller appliances like Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, Ninja Blender & more.
