Conveniently located less than half a mile to Inlet Beach with public beach access and a short bike ride to scenic 30A and picturesque downtown Rosemary. This 3-BR 2.5 bath cottage sleeps 8 guests. Unwind from the beach and relax on the back patio. Enjoy the shopping, dining, and activities that the 30A and Rosemary Beach areas have to offer.About:Located just outside of 30A, this incredible home in Inlet Beach, is just a few mins from the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful home features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath, with pavered driveway. The main living area has an open concept with dining area seats 8 and living room. The kitchen features shaker style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and tiled backsplash and granite-topped island. Downstairs you will also find a half-bath for guest. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. The master features large windows with plenty of natural lighting, an office desk and a full length mirror. The master bathroom features tiled floors, a double vanity, and a tiled walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature a shared bathroom with shower/tub combo. Outside features a nice deck with outdoor dining table and comfortable seating for 6, grilling area, outdoor shower. All outdoor area was newly fenced in, providing privacy to our guests. Just mins from 30A!Getting around:WALK TO THE BEACHThe property is an easy 8 minute walk or less than .4 miles to the crystal blue waters of Inlet beach. There is public parking available. Our property has 4 free bikes available for a short 1 mile bike ride to Rosemary beach and scenic 30A.Guests access:Conveniently located amongst famous 30A Avenue shops! 4 free bikes! A laundry room on site is available for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and dishes. The patio outside has furniture and a grill. This year we added to the fun, with a new private pool. The pool is for the guests of The Palms only. Bring your family and friends and take a dip in the new "private" heated/cooled salt water pool. Have fun in the rec area, which features a Ping-Pong table, large 65 inch TV and board games. This home has been totally remodeled inside and out. An ample supply of beach gear is stored in the garage, ready to make for THE perfect beach day – including four bicycle cruisers waiting to take you on a quick excursion over to the neighboring coastal community of Rosemary Beach. “On Inlet Time” is one of very few custom-built townhomes nestled in the private neighborhood of Park Place Avenue. Just a 4-minute walk from the front door is the Phillips Inlet Beach access where you can set up your complimentary chairs, umbrella, and beach cart each day and watch the waves come in!To allow for convenient navigation inside, the residential elevator begins on the ground floor in the garage and travels up to the 3rd, making luggage and grocery trips a breeze! The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a designated pantry area and all the comforts of your at-home kitchen are furnished here. Guests can rest easy knowing they don’t have to bring anything with them to prepare and serve their favorite meals. The formal dining table seats up to 7 guests while the outdoor dining tables seat up to 8 (located on the 3rd and 4th floor balconies). A designated work/desk area is situated just off to the side of the main living area and has its own access door to the balcony (there is a half bathroom in the hallway). Three of the sleeping accommodations reside on the 2nd floor. Overlooking the pool is the queen suite which has 2 queen beds, its own private walkout balcony/gathering area as well as a private ensuite. Just down the hall is a quaint twin bunk nook with a sliding barn door. On the South side is a spacious king balcony suite which overlooks the cobblestone drive with private ensuite. An additional king balcony suite resides on the 3rd floor, just off the main living space and features another walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood and has a private ensuite as well.One of our favorite areas of "On Inlet Time" is the additional studio, located on the ground floor, just inside from the pool deck. Its galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all small & large appliances to host its own unique vacation experience, including a counter-style bar, seating up to 4 guests. Offering as much open space as possible in the pool suite; the queen bed is a custom-built hideaway murphy bed. Easy to pull down for the night and even easier to put away before that first cup of coffee out on the pool deck! An additional queen-sized sleeper sofa pulls out as well while the full sized bathroom is a few steps from the kitchen space. Do you want your groceries delivered and stocked upon arrival?
