Inlet Beach Breezes is a beautiful beach home in exclusive Inlet Beach in South East Walton County with the most public beach in Walton county. The quaint community means you have more room on the beach! The beach home is south of 30A and Hwy 98 and just east of Rosemary Beach. It is less than 125 yards to the gulf and beaches with a flat uncrowded beach access a 1 minute walk away. There are gulf views from the 3rd floor balcony. You will have ample room on the beach to relax and swim. The home is setup to comfortably accommodate 3-4 families and can sleep up to 15 people in beds. French doors lead to the private courtyard with a pool, hot tub, built-in gas grill and your private back gate for easy beach access. Ride the elevator to the second floor where there are 2 King master bedrooms each with a private bathroom, balcony and LCD TV's. There is a second bunk room with LCD TV, another full bath and the laundry. The third floor has a fantastic east facing king master bedroom with private bath and balcony. The living space includes a gourmet Kitchen with Subzero, Wolf, Fisher&Paykel and U-line appliances. The dining table can seat 8 with another four seats at the bar. There is a half bath off the living room and a small office with a nice view of the gulf, desk, chair and a monitor for your laptop. The living room has comfortable leather furniture, a NEW 65 inch LCD TV and great balcony.
