There is a separate living area above which are the owners and two little kids. You may hear light feet running from above, as a heads up. The major renovation included insulation blown in between floors, specifically for sound proofing although it doesn’t remove some vibration. The updated kitchen has granite countertops, calcutta marble backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking accouterments allow guests to prepare a complete meal.Start your morning with some coffee on your private bistro table or on the courtyard and later pour some wine and indulge in a book or a game.A dining table for four, and a coffee bar with tea, assortment of flavors, creamer and a snack or two to enjoy.Each room has its own temperature setting, the bedrooms have a a new 'Art Gallery' picture AC (& heat) unit.
