Pillows recommended due to COVID, but I have some.Hazards -Please follow common sense safety practices:· There is a firepit available for use in the yard only (do not place on the porch, deck or dock).· There are large trees with risk of falling branches especially if it is windy, raining, or snowing.· There is a falling risk from the back porches/decks – please do not place chairs near the rails especially with small children.· There is a drop off in the back yard from the grass to a deck.· There is a risk of drowning if falling in the water from the dock or deck. "La Vida Lago" is a completely furnished, single family lakeside home designed for 2 to 4 guests. Features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, deck, patio, private lake access and dock directly across the street. The back yard is a sanctuary nestled into the mountain and surrounded by trees! The ideal environment to connect w/nature, yourself and loved ones.Light and bright open concept living room, dining and kitchen combination with cathedral ceilings and skylights. The living room has 2 love seats w/built-in recliners, a beautiful electric fireplace, wall mounted flat panel TV and French doors leading to a large deck with lake views. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with cook and eating ware essentials with seating at dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel dishwasher, full-size refrigerator/freezer, granite counters and under mount cabinet lighting.The sleeping layout consists of 2 bedrooms. The primary bedroom with queen size bed; sleeps 2. The secondary bedroom with full size bed; sleeps 2. Both bedrooms have a flat panel TVs with Roku. There are 2 flex rooms, each are tandem off the primary and secondary bedroom. The flex rooms provide ancillary space and are complete with futons. Maximum home occupancy is 4 people. The full tile bath on the main floor offers a beautiful double sink vanity, tub, shower, rain shower faucet head and glass shower doors.The basement is partially finished and is accessible only from exterior of the property via the separate entrance under the deck in front of home. It has a half bath and a great place to escape to explore some gaming or recreational activities.Other property highlights: Large 20 x 20 deck with incredible lake views of Crescent Cove. Patio furniture, grill, umbrella, table and chairs. The patio area below deck also offers beautiful lake views and seating to gather around the wood burning firepit. Our guests have private lake access from the dock directly across street.The home has central air, baseboard heat, laminate and tile flooring throughout with on street parking. There are approx. 3 flights of stairs to access the main entry on the deck.Guests have use basically of the entire home compromised of mainly of the first floor and the partially finished basement. The deck, patio area below deck, the dock with lake access are all accessible for guest. The rear yard runs deep and is extremely sloped and mountainous. It is accessible however exercise great cautious if climbing rocks/mountain in yard. Deer can be found roaming at back.Kayaks are provided seasonally for free however prior to use, guest(s) are required to complete liability, indemnification, hold harmless waiver. All are welcome however, please note the following:1.) The home is perched up into the mountain. There are approximately three flights of stairs to access the main entry of home located on the deck. The stairs are steep because of the slope of the property.2.) The property may not be suitable for children, infants or the elderly population due to the steepness and amount of the steps as well as the rocky and mountainous terrain that makeup the landscape of the property.La Vida Lago is a place to unwind and be present.
