Come and enjoy our private 40-acre gated cattle ranch, the Bunkhouse Studio Apartment located 15 minutes from Galveston Bay. We offer a volleyball court, fishing pond, home gym, boat parking, RV hookups, coolers, BBQ pits, a basketball goal, bikes, and green machines. The Bunkhouse is a 716 sq. ft. full guest studio apartment with 3 separate bedroom spaces, 1 bathroom, a fully functional kitchen (including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and large oven), and a coffee maker.Our outdoor paradise features a Saltwater pool, waterfalls, mermaids, a hot tub, a surround sound system in the pool and patio, an outdoor kitchen, an air-conditioned bathroom, and a separate outdoor shower for your guests. There's no curfew, and we're family, party, and business-friendly. Pets are welcome. You can have up to 8 additional guests visit during your stay at no extra charge, making a total of 20 people, including the 12 staying in the Bunkhouse. Parties over 20 people (including the 12 for the booking) will need to be approved by the hosts, and additional fees will have to be paid for each additional person.
