The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. These units are updated but managed to keep its 1900 charm. This is technically 2 bedrooms however the second room is small and only has a futon. There is also a rollaway cot that will fit in the second room or the livingroom.*no tub; only shower**no washer/dryer currently; we are working on getting them installed***there are 4 steps getting into the property but none once inside*****Please note that this is unit 1 of 5.
