Out back, enjoy both sunset and sunrise from your private deck or wander down the stairs to the lake shore, all within the property. It doesn't get any better. At the lake front you'll find a property wide concrete deck and steps into the water. You'll find gas and charcoal grills, tables, lounge and rocking chairs, all available to enjoy a relaxing day hanging out. Even a fire pit to relax in the evening at the lake. You won't need to worry about parking - the house comes with four parking spots. When you are ready to head to the strip, you don't have to wander far, you are there! At the end of Doctor's drive, you'll find yourself smack in the center of town, with options for food, entertainment, and fun just steps away. Two parks for the kids within walking distance.
