Enjoy a relaxing family home just 2 blocks from the water, in a quiet area of Fulton. The living area has a spacious open floor plan with plenty of seating. A long patio runs the full length of the house, for children to play on or adults to relax on. The large kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Two comfortable bedrooms have queen size beds; TV in master. There are two full bathrooms; one attached to master with plenty of linens for both. There is an extra room in rear of house with bunk beds and washer and dryer. The sleeper sofa in the living room also has a queen size bed for extra guests. The large fenced yard is available to put your boat in, and has lots of large oaks for shade. We've enjoyed the house for many of our retirement years with our family, and know you will too. The swimming beach--a Blue Wave beach and pavilions (see pictures), are located in Rockport and is only 6-7 minutes (3 miles) away by car. It is good for smaller children, with small waves and shallow depth, compared to Padre Island. From the house, you can walk about 10 minutes to the Fulton waterfront park and fish from the bank. There is a public fishing pier near the house in Fulton and another in Rockport, near downtown. This newly rebuilt cottage features all the comforts of home with a panoramic view of Aransas Bay giving you both sunrise and sunset views. This 1600 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath features a Queen mattress in each of the three bedrooms plus sleeper sofas in the living room and bonus room/sunroom. Additional amenities include sunroom, which faces Fulton Harbor, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.The newly built kitchen features quartz counter tops and all new appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full-size refrigerator, oven/stove, and microwave as well as coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking and baking utensils.The cluster of large oak trees provides shade for our sparkling swimming pool with bay views; lounge chairs and tables are right outside your front door.Also features air conditioning and heating, High speed internet, cable service and 2 color TVs. Linens and towels supplied.Carport parking for 2 vehicles and boat parking are available.A Bbq area with table and chairs as well as fish cleaning facilities is also on site.Across the street from our cottage, you will find fishing, including two bait shops, a park and playground, Fulton Harbor, and excursion/tour boats. Restaurants, entertainment, and shopping are all within walking distance.Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. Primary bedroom has king bed and on suite bathroom. Second bedroom had a queen bed and third bedroom has a single twin and a bunkbed with a twin and a full. Walk in showers in both bathrooms.
