The private 1 bedroom unit is very clean and has granite counter tops, fully tiled shower, landscaped private backyard, large dedicated parking spot right in-front, and Air Conditioning which is unusual for most rentals in the area. Located in a quiet area it has a completely private backyard and entrance from the house it is attached to. It is only 2 blocks from famous Moonlight Beach, and 4 blocks old-town Encinitas. Encinitas is considered by many as one of the true gem beach areas in the county, providing many niche eating and shopping options. Amenities include a queen sized bed, stone floor, and the entertainment system includes a 50 inch flat screen TV with access to see and record on DVR all local and standard cable channels, plus Netflix. Sit in your private backyard and have a meal the patio table. We have had great feedback, just check out the comments left by our guests. The cliffs at Beacons Beach boast views of the entire coastline and the stairs that lead down to world class, Beacons Beach. The home is also just blocks away from several great places to eat or have a drink.Further, it is a short walk to Coast Highway where you will find unique boutiques, phenomenal Mexican food, local coffee houses, antique stores, a new and used record store, and so much more! Stroll down a little further on the weekends and stop by the Seaside Bazaar, North County's only open-air market.
