We want you to be at home at Sundog the moment you pull into the driveway.Cozy, clean and great vibe! This updated (Solar battery backup) cottage with a modern retro flair is in a very walkable location near the General Store, Coastal Kitchen, and main beach access. It is a sleepier section of the village with pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard and if you go to the far left corner of the front deck, depending on the growth of the trees down there, you get a peekaboo view of the ocean. There's even a doggy door for your (smaller) furry friend. We've made the most of this sweet cottage, and it has an open feel and romantic, comfortable decor. Each bedroom has a Queen bed.Solar back up keeps the power on out here, and you know that's a big giant PERK.ABOUT DOGS:We LOVE DOGS (madly, I tell you) and are determined to be able to host them too, however we do have insurance restrictions on breeds (check if yours is a high profile breed), and limit two 2 dogs (3 if they're leeeetle) and 4 people max.Backyard is fully fenced and secure with a charcoal BBQ grill, and picnic table. The birds are almost always singing here.Front deck is huge, with Adirondack chairs and a a pup gate to keep everyone contained. Stunning ocean views from this hillside perched home. Easy 10 minute walk to this beautiful, dog-friendly beach. Vaulted ceilings in a spacious living room. Large circular dining room, separate dinette in the kitchen, and another separate wine table overlooking the ocean. Each of the 3 bdrms have a Cal King bed plus sofa bed. Also each bedroom is equipped with it's own TV. The 2 artistically remodeled bathrooms add to the luxury. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Wrap around balcony just off the master bedroom. Huge outdoor deck, completely under the house with amazing unobstructed ocean views, while also being shaded from the sun. Two cars easily fit in the driveway. A third car may fit behind them, if they are not oversized. EV charger in the shed next to the driveway.About 6 flights of stairs from driveway to the front door. High quality, wide stairs with several landings, but not appropriate for anyone w/ mobility challenges.
