If you aren't swimming, boating, sipping or grilling, there are so many things to do in the area: Within just a few miles, you can find movies, the North Georgia Premium outlets (so many great stores!), lots of restaurants, Planet and One Life Fitness, and the Chestatee River for tubing. Dawsonville is also a short drive to Dahlonega, GA- a great little town with shops, restaurants, wineries and all kinds of historical buildings. Also the home of UNG, the goldmines and the Smith House.
